Recently I was able to decorate a good friend’s gorgeous new home. We picked out everything from wall décor to large furniture items. It was a blast! However, I came home and looked around my house and realized – MY HOUSE NEEDED AN UPDATE! My husband was thrilled (sense the sarcasm). So, instead of spending a ton of money on new furniture I decided to make a few changes that were much cheaper and would make the biggest differences. I was also able to sell most of the old stuff on my local facebook online garage sale site which helped with purchasing the new times. Here’s a few things I did to make the updates!

Trying to redecorate your living room is expensive. This is true especially if you have so many things that you want to change. I suggest that you start small. Make sure that you save up money every day for the things that you want to be replaced. This way, it will be easier to raise the money you need. Do not try to buy all things once because you will run out of money. Day by day, try to buy one item only until you get to buy everything you need.

Before the marriage everyone want to keep the living room so much beautiful for the first step is wall’s painting with the favorite colors of the life partner and then lamps both sides of the bed. In the tight budget only the throw pillow will help that on the old sofa set full with the pillow with same colors of the curtains on windows and some cheap paintings.

This blog is really helpful! Renovating is really expensive, especially if you want to change many furnitures. Declutter and then sells them at a very low price, then use the money to buy new ones. Buy only the cheapest but stylish. Recycle your old furnitures that can be still use and in a good shape. If you will renovate you should do it step by step so that you can control your budget, don't be impulsive when buying so you can avoid destroying your budget.
